Hey, Tuesday! Pig 'n a Poke!
Today's post is brought to you at the all-new early time of 6:00PM.

Except to me, 6:00pm it late because I'm still stuck at work. I've been here since 7:50am and now I'm waiting on someone to assign something back to me before I can leave. Because I didn't want to waste my time and I wanted to use it productively, I've been reading my flist. You may even see the odd comment from me! \O/ *facepalm*

I'm pretty much on my own for the next two weeks while work!bff is taking holidays. There is a third person who 'works' with us but, yeah, ... let's just say I'm pretty much on my own. It's been a busy few days and I don't think it's going to let up any time soon.

Yesterday morning I did get find about 20 minutes to start decorating the Christmas Tree for my desk. It's a work in progress but here's a sneak peek..



No photos of Winnie to share today but perhaps I'll post tomorrow and start a tradition of 'Hey, Wednesday! Winchester!' Or, you know, not... :)

This is quite possible to fasted LJ entry I've ever done. Any spelling or grammatical errors are entirely mine.

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm picking up the new Blu-ray 2-pack of both X-Files movies! *is excited*

The sneak peek looks very pretty so far. I can't wait to see more. So it's summer where you are, right? I can't imagine Christmas in hot weather. The thought just fascinates me. *is easily amused*

I think Winchester Wednesday sounds awesome. I love your kitty pics. Sorry your work!bff isn't around. I know what a huge difference that makes. And your tags totally crack me up! :)

X-Files Movie Marathon!?!?!? \O/
I've been a little ho-hum over Blu-ray but I saw some screen caps taken from the Blu-ray version of Supernatural S3 and Jensen and Jared looked very shiny. I bet David Duchovny will look equally shiny. :) I picked up 'I want to Believe' on regular DVD the other day but haven't watched it yet.

Yep, it's summer. Father Christmas in board shorts with a surfboard tucked under his arm is a sight to behold, let me tell you! ;) Also, having a hot roast Christmas lunch when it's 40c outside seems a little strange sometimes. :)

I'm going to officially declare today the first 'Winchester Wednesday!' Post to follow. :)

I do miss work!bff when he's not here but I also get a lot more work done. *lol* I think he's a bad influence on me. ;)

I had already preordered I Want to Believe on regular DVD (I've only splurged on Blu-ray for a handful of movies so far, plus Supernatural), but when I found out the Blu-ray version of Fight the Future had the rumored-but-never-confirmed deleted kiss between Mulder and Scully, I had to have the two-pack. :)

I am completely sold on Blu-ray for big movies with lots of special effects and/or explosions (Iron Man), or anything with extremely pretty boys (my shows).

Work really does suck... :(

I had a chose of a white, black, green, or pink tree! I don't know about you a pink tree doesn't scream 'Christmas' at me. :) The white is nice - definitely something to do with snow. Can you imagine having a white Christmas??? *dreams*

Unfortunately if we had a white Christmas in Melbourne it would mean something was severely wrong with the weather, and most likely, the planet!
Of course, travelling to another part of the planet which actually had Christmas in Winter probably wouldn't spell disaster. ;)

LOL! but we have red everything - baubles, cherries, candy canes - even the ribbons on the bells are red! i'm so buying new decos when sales are on :D

I was in the third row. I guess he wasn't as popular as Jason was. I think I was in row ten or 15 for Jason *shrugs*, but then again, Jason's concert was included in the Gold ticket, Steve wasn't.

Once I get it uploaded, I give you the link. As I told your friend above you, there should be about 25 to 30 photos of him. I didn't want to be the only one snapping away every second.

Too bad you're flying solo for 2 weeks. I hope you're not too swamped! I hope work!bff has a good time though.

I did my outside Christmas lights on Sunday. I probably won't get around to putting up the big tree though...just some decor around the house. I don't bother at work, since I'm in the dungeon & nobody will see it anyhow. Maybe I'll just decorate with pretty boys instead!

If the first four days are anything to go by, the next two weeks are going to be a nightmare. *sigh* But it's only two weeks. And then work!bff is back and a week later I have two weeks off! \O/

Are you turning your Christmas lights on at night now or are you waiting? I bet they look very pretty. :)

You work in a dungeon??? Do you have an 'I want to believe' poster up and lots of pencils stuck in the roof?

One other person at work has a three decorations on their desk and I'm pretty sure no one else will bring anything else in. I like to think I'm adding a little festive cheer to my corner of the office. :)

I started turning them on as soon as December started. Some chuckleheads living around here have been turning their lights on since about November 5!!! That's just crazy!

Hmmmm...I actually do have the "I want to believe" poster, but it's at home. I should get to work on the pencils though. *grin*
